Cease-Fire Begins After a Day of Fierce Attacks

The cease-fire in the Lebanon-Israel area offcially started at 8am their time or 1am ET. As Lebanese people started to make their way back to the south, Israel warned them to still stay back at shelters until the tell them it is safe to return. The army will still defend against Hezbollah until the Lebanese Troops and United Nations troops make their way in, then they will pull back and residents can return. Israel responds saying that they are only staying in the area to make sure no new Hezbollah forces rise before the troops of Lebanonese Troops and United Nations Trrops get there.

UK lowers threat level from ’severe’

And finally it appears that the UK has lowered their threat level from “Severe” to “Critical”. Alright. Not much more to report on this, just some imaginary weight has been lifted a little bit off the UK as they hopefully release more banned items back onto planes, hopefully books and magazines soon.

That is all for today’s Monday Morning recap, for all, or some, of the news you need to know. Now go back to not bringing liquids or reading materials on to your planes bound to England!
